Your Kindful and Eventbrite integration makes it easy to:

  • Sync Eventbrite attendees’ names and email addresses in your Kindful database

  • Automatically create or update donor profiles for registered attendees

  • Create new transactions in Kindful for Eventbrite ticket sales

  • Import a donor’s event registration history

  • Search and create reports in Kindful based on event registration

Here’s how to set up this integration: 

Log in to Kindful and go to Apps > App Directory on the left sidebar.

Find Eventbrite from the list and select Learn More.

Next, click Connect. After you click Connect, you will need to confirm the connection.

You'll then be redirected to Eventbrite’s login page; you’ll need to enter your Eventbrite login credentials if you are not already signed in. When asked, select Allow to permit Kindful to access your Eventbrite account.

When you integrate Eventbrite with Kindful, all of your historical and new event registrant information and ticket prices will flow into Kindful from Eventbrite. New contacts will be created in Kindful if a registrant doesn't yet exist, and contact information will be added if a registrant already exists in Kindful and we are able to find an exact match based on their name and email address.

You will now see Eventbrite Registrations has been added as an activity type in the Activities section of Kindful, so you can filter by Eventbrite activity. You can also filter by event name to find participants of each event run through Eventbrite.
