Reiki Session & Sound Bath Healing Session
Experience a relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki and Sound Bath Healing session in beautiful Port Moody! Let go of stress and tension to start 2025 off with clarity and energy. In a typical session we will begin with checking in on any areas you wish to work on throughout the session and answer any questions you may have. You will then lie on the table fully clothed on your back, and I will guide us though some breathing & meditative sound to open the space for Reiki energy to come through. I will then position my hands over or above your body in various positions, usually starting with the head, to intuitively guide the energies. You may experience warmth, tingling, or cooling sensations throughout your body, as well as memories and emotions that arise. I will guiding you back as we close the session with more sound including crystal bowls, gong, and chimes. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to share and integrate what was experienced.
