Holistic Nutritionist Natasha Villeneuve will guide you through a gentle, flexible and effective nutritional reset that combines natural, wholesome foods with mindful eating practices. This reset is designed to support digestion, enhance energy, and support a healthy nervous system, while helping you cultivate awareness around how and when you eat. The program emphasizes a plant-based approach with options for healthy animal products, ensuring you stay fueled and satisfied with nourishing, balanced meals. Mindful eating will help you slow down, savour your food, and listen to your body's hunger cues. This reset does not include fasting, so you won’t feel hungry, and while supplements may be recommended, they are optional for participation.
