In this full day Applied Workshop, you will learn and enhance your skills relating to Project Management. This workshop offers preparation if you are looking to better deliver successful projects for your organization or looking to increase your chances to get your PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

This workshop emphasizes the difficulty to define and assess project success and, hence, the different perceptions that project stakeholders hold on project success. Like the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the workshop addresses the initiation, planning, execution, and closing-out of projects. Thus, the course covers the basic concepts, approaches, methods, tools and techniques, i.e., good project management practices.
