We work with individuals, teams, managers, and boards across sectors in Canada and internationally.Our events are grounded in real experience, not theory alone, and are designed to be thoughtful, practical, and immediately useful.

Most public participation processes look structured.Fewer lead to real decisions.This one-hour session is an open conversation on what actually makes participation work. We will look at where engagement holds, where it breaks down, and what practitioners are facing right now.This session also offers a preview of a 4-week program starting in July. You will get a sense of the approach, the depth, and the kind of work we will do together.---- We will send you the zoom link closer to the event.
