This experience is designed to balance your energy, reduce tension, and elevate your sense of well-being. Guided pranayama exercises will be harmonized with sound healing, offering a supportive environment that encourages relaxation and personal growth. Whether you’re new to these modalities or seeking to deepen your practice, this event provides a sanctuary to recharge and blosom.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Pranayama should be approached carefully by those with respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, or during pregnancy. Always listen to your body and modify as needed.

• Microdosing is not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of mental health conditions or those currently taking medication without prior medical consultation.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should avoid macrodosing.

• Sound healing may be intense for individuals with sound sensitivies or certain mental health conditions. Please inform the facilitator if you have a history of PTSD or are sensitive to loud sounds, so that accommodations can be made.

• Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have any medical concerns.


WHAT TO BRING

Basic meditation cushions and optional eye masks will be provided. Please bring your own cushion if you prefer, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably.

Late entry is not permitted; please arrive on time.

Participants may choose to receive microdose tea & a goodie bag to take home.

Chairs or basic cushions will be provided for folks who do not bring a meditation cushion of their own.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring along a water bottle and journal.

Can I attend if I am new to pranayama?

Of course! This is a beginner-friendly practice. You can start and stop at any time and you are welcome to just observe.

Can I have more info about the microdose tea?

Day Trip's tea is offered but is not mandatory for this experience. At 300 mg it is considered a low level microdose.During checkout, please view our contraindications to ensure that microdosing is safe for you.

What's in the microdose tea?

Ingredients: Psilo*cybe Cubensis, Chamomile, Spearmint, Lemongrass Tilla Flowers, Blackberry Leaves, Hawthorne & Rosebuds.

Is it okay if I arrive late?

Sorry but late entry is not permitted! Doors open at 6:50 PM and close at 7:05 PM once the event beings. Please arrive on time :)
