Toonie Toss

Toonies are tossed towards a bottle of liquor placed in the middle of the room. The person whose toonie lands closest to the bottle wins, getting to take it home.

Ultimate Wine Collection

There is a bottle of wine for each ticket that is sold with the lot being split into groups of various sizes, ranging from 1 bottle to half of the lot. There are multiple winners of the various sized...

Santa’s Tipsy Sleigh

A raffle for a sleigh filled with a variety of boozy beverages.

Holiday Tree - Silent Auction

There is a silent auction for a flocked tree donated by Hunters Garden Centre.

50/50

Tickets are sold for a cash prize of 50% of the money collected going back to the winning ticket. Part of the proceeds will go to the Jane Stock Foundation.

Frequently asked questions

I'd like to stay at the hotel overnight. Is there a special rate?

The holiday rate special has closed. Rooms may still be available through the Delta Burnaby Hotel.

Do I need to check-in?

Yes, there will be a registration table in the hallways before entering the ballroom. This is where you will pick up your drink ticket, raffle tickets, and be informed of your table number.

Where should I park?

All parking is complimentary. It is suggested to park in the South Parking Lot and simply walk across the street to the main entrance. The North Parking Lot has elevator access to the Lobby level for guests with mobility challenges.

How do I report Food Allergies?

Please include the details when purchasing your ticket. If your ticket is already purchased, please email info@bclna.com with the needed information.

Details about Drinks

There is one drink ticket included and can be redeemed at the bar for one beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). There is a cash bar and the bartenders will take cash and card for purchases.

Can I buy Ultimate Wine tickets at the Gala?

Yes, you can buy them at the gala. However, it is cheaper if you purchase them in advance on EventBrite.

Should I bring cash to the event?

At the event, you will be able to pay for beverages, games, and 50/50 with both cash and card.

I bought a ticket but can’t attend the event. Can I send someone else instead?

Yes, please email info@bclna.com and we will update the registration list.
