About this event
Bedlam is a weekend like no other. We work hard to provide a place where Jr High students can experience God through fantastic worship and teaching; and also to deepen friendships and make amazing memories as they take advantage of everything that Muskoka Woods has to offer. We take care of everything, just get here and experience the weekend with your students.
We've got 2 weekends to choose from. Both weekends are identical but book early to ensure you get the weekend that best works for your schedule!
THE SCHEDULE:
Final Details are being worked out and finalized but here's what you can expect:
Friday: Arrival opens at 7pm - aim to arrive by 9pm. Evening will have a snack, a leaders meeting & an opening session!
Saturday: 3 meals! Evening Snack! Morning & Evening Session! An Afternoon filled with activities to choose from!
Sunday: 2 meals! Morning Session! Departure by 1pm.

Meet our speaker for Bedlam (both weekends):
Hi I'm Derek Hissan. I'm married to Fiona. We have three kids; Aubrey 9, Aveline 8, and Sullivan 5. The summer before going into grade nine Derek's neighbour tricked him into volunteering at a church day camp, and it was there that God opened Derek's eyes to the gospel. He studied Religion and McMaster University, and is currently working on a Masters of Theological Studies at Heritage. He has been in Youth Ministry for over a decade now, and has been the Youth Pastor at James North Baptist Church for 8 years.
THE BAND: Scott Wessel & his band
Scott and his band are back! Scott is a youth pastor with a heart for students and leading them in worshipping our great God!
INDIVIDUAL MUSKOKA WOODS GUEST WAIVER
A Muskoka Woods Waiver Form is required for EVERY INDIVIDUAL (both students and leaders) that comes on Muskoka Woods property and must be handed in upon check-in Friday night upon arrival; you cannot check-in without them and no refund will be issued for failure to comply with Muskoka Woods requirements. Dietary Requirements
Muskoka Woods offers Buffet style meals. Guests can still enjoy a wide variety of options and a smaller selection consistently offering a gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.
*Leaders: In order to prepare for your stay at Muskoka Woods, please inform us of any dietary requirements by emailing this completed form to febyouth@gmail.com at least two weeks prior to your stay. If more space is needed, please fill out additonal forms under the same group name. If you require any further clarification or direction, please reach out via email.
*We accommodate guests who have been diagnosed with celiac disease. Please check the "Celiac" box under the Allergy part of the form. Guest will be given plated meals that are prepared separately and will be picked up at the Kitchen door. For celiac, we will also like to speak to the parents; please provide their name and contact info on the form.
*We also accommodate guests who have severe food allergies. Please indicate the allergy and check the "anaphylactic" box if applicable. If you have an allergy that is not listed on this list, add it to the additional information. For anaphylactic, we will also like to speak to the parents; please provide their name and contact info on the form.
*We exercise caution during preparation and cooking of the meals, but cannot guarantee that Muskoka Woods is a nut free facility. We do not use tree nuts or peanuts in any of our cooking or baking. We do however, carry some products that are labelled "May Contain Nuts".

Refund Policy:
Full refund minus EventBrite fees will be given automatically via EventBrite requests up to 30 days before the start of your Snocamp retreat.
50% refund will be given manually upon request for cancellations between 30 days and 14 days before the start of your Snocamp retreat.
0% / No refund will be given for cancellations 14 days or less before the start of your Snocamp retreat.
Please note: Tickets may NOT be resold to another group as cabin assignments may not allow for another group to utilize your unused spots separately from the rest of your group.
