Join us for Elevate Aviation's annual Inspire Gala on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the stunning Aurora Jet Partners Hangar located at the Edmonton International Airport!

What to Expect

Doors open at 7:30 pm for our "Sustainable Aviation" themed cocktail-style fundraiser. All tickets include light appetizers, networking opportunities, entertainment, auction & raffles, and interactive activities!

Entertainment

Enjoy entertainment, many photo opportunities, a packed program, and music from DJ Johnny Infamous.

Women Who Inspire

Be inspired by eight exceptional women in aviation who are making remarkable strides in the industry. These women encompass diverse aviation careers, including pilots, engineers, flight attendants, air traffic services, and more! Through inspirational videos, their stories will touch your heart and maybe even ignite your passion for aviation.

Fundraising

Participate in the silent auction and raffle games throughout the evening, all aimed at supporting our fundraising efforts. At our Inspire Gala, you're not just having a great time, but you're also contributing to a fantastic cause.

Proceeds from this event go a long way in advancing our mission to provide a platform for women and underrepresented groups to thrive and succeed in aviation careers.

Location

The Aurora Jet Partners Hangar is located at 3759 60 Ave E, Edmonton International Airport, AB T9E 0V4. Ample parking is available, as well as a 24 hour shuttle service to / from various airport hotels.

Hotel Discount Options

Discounted hotel rooms are available for $179 per night at the beautiful Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel. Room quantities are limited so book now! Bookings can be made using marriott.com/yegbr or the Marriott BONVoY app using booking code ER5.

The Fairfield by Marriott Edmonton International Airport is offering a special rate of $145 per night for the night of October 19 to guests of the Elevate Aviation Inspire Gala. Bookings can be made online.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Tickets are fully refundable before October 11, 2024. However, please note that the Eventbrite fee is non-refundable. Tickets become non-refundable starting October 12, 2024.
