Welcome Song

We will start circle in a good way with a Welcome song, which is like an opening prayer or invocation.

Check-In & Overview

With the resilience embodiment and mindfulness practices that I teach, we will start off by checking in with our emotions and body sensations, to ground us and help us become more present.

Medicine Song Oracle Reading for 2025

Interactive oracle reading using Brenda MacIntyre's Medicine Song Oracle Deck. These readings are NOT "fortune-telling." They are to help you find your voice, trust yourself and tap into possibility ...

Travelling Song

We begin with a Welcome Song and we end with a Travelling Song, with gratitude for ourselves, each other and what I like to call our "Higher Realms Support Teams" - whatever that means for you.

W inter Solstice Virtual Retreat for Covid-Conscious Women

Curl up in your favourite blanket with a cup of herbal tea…

Maybe light a candle…

Get something to write on for our highly interactive group oracle reading.

Come as you are. No apologies. No need to get fancy. Just take this time for YOU.

Solstice is a time of gathering together to say goodbye to the longest night of the year and welcome back more more daylight.

I can only imagine what you have to deal with for the holidays, whether it be family who won't mask, the disappearance of Before Times friends, people telling you to "move on" and on and on... so this one’s for you, okay? You deserve some pampering. 100%.

In order to hold space well for others, we need to hold space for ourselves, and that means plenty of self-care.

Come gather with me and other covid-conscious sisters virtually on Winter Solstice. Or if you run out of spoons, catch the replay.

❆ Enjoy Indigenous medicine songs sung LIVE by Brenda MacIntyre, also known as Medicine Song Woman.

❆ Experience a unique interactive oracle reading that can help you hold onto your truth in the midst of all the gaslighting.

❆ YOU might even be selected to pick one of the cards! Brenda’s oracle readings include music, messages and easy, inspiring activities.

❆ Your grief, tears, frustration, loneliness and overwhelm are just as welcome as your joy, laughter and gratitude. We can be real here.

Get your spot first and then go ahead and tell your covid-conscious sisters, mom, grandmas, aunties and non-binary loved ones. It will be a collaborative, musical oracle reading circle and Return to Light ceremony. Whether you are deeply spiritual or not at all, all covid-conscious women are welcome.

Brenda MacIntyre's virtual women's circles help covid-cautious women experiencing grief, trauma or chronic pain to feel lighter and feel some relief and a sense of sisterhood and belonging.

Join us virtually on Thursday December 12th at 6pm EDT / 3pm PDT.

Brenda MacIntyre, also known by her Indigenous name Medicine Song Woman, has Cree and Ojibwe ancestry with Red River roots through her father, and settler ancestry through both parents. Adopted at birth in Calgary and never told she was Indigenous, Brenda is on a journey of reconnecting with her Indigenous family and learning her languages and culture. Based in London Ontario, she is a covid-conscious personal mentor, keynote speaker and award-winning singer.

After healing from the loss of her adoptive parents long ago, Brenda developed her Sing Yourself Alive Program and Medicine Song Oracle Deck to help women find their inner and outer voice. After Brenda's son was murdered in 2016, she made an album of13 original songs for grief. In 2020, based on those songs, she birthed her signature Picking Up the Pieces 13 Moon Program.

Through her body of work, goosebump-giving voice and hand drumming, Brenda helps covid-conscious women to grieve, get relief and reclaim a sense of belonging.

"I wanted to let you know that the healing circle I participated in with you in December was very special for me. I was able to get a lot from it and I thought your voice, your drumming, and your healing was so comforting. I was given the link from a friend who takes courses with you and I am very grateful.

I wish you a beautiful year 2022! Thank you again for helping me awaken and receiving messages from my grandmothers!"
