Frequently asked questions

I am only able to attend one day. What ticket options do I have?

There are a number of ticket options to select based on your availability, such as the "one day pass"

I am not a member of IMSA, am I still able to attend?

You do not have to be a member of IMSA to attend the conference or trade show. You do, however, have to have a ticket to gain admission to the different events.

I need to book a hotel room for my stay, where do I find booking info?

A dedicated link to book a room for the period you intend to stay is provided in the conference bio, as well as in your registration confirmation email.

What technical sessions are available to attend, and how do I register?

The technical session ticket link is provided in the confirmation email after purchasing a conference registration. Use those tickets to check into each session. Remember, attending technical sessions will count towards certification renewal.

I am not able to attend the conference, but would like to attend the workshops/trainings..

The workshop is free of charge. Please choose "Select Tickets", then choose the Workshop from the Add-Ons. Enter your information, and you will be sent a ticket to attend. This is for tracking purposes which will be submitted to International for credit towards your renewals.
