Please join Transport Canada for the annual Pacific Region Canadian Marine Advisory Council (CMAC) Meeting, taking place in-person on March 4, 2025.

Location: SFU Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue Vancouver, BC

Meeting time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (PST)

Follow the instructions to register.

Note: Anyone who registers and/or participates agrees NOT to record video and/or audio of the event– for the purpose of an open and collaborative dialogue and the privacy of other participants.

Registration will close on February 25, 2025, or once spaces are filled. The agenda will be sent to registrants closer to the meeting date.

The personal information you provide to Transport Canada will be collected by thePacific Regional Canadian Marine Advisory Council (CMAC) under the authority of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, subsections 172(1) and (7), and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Personal information will be used to add attendees to the Pacific Regional CMAC’s mailing list, which will only be used for sending reminders about the event that you registered for and informing participants/stakeholders of future CMAC events. Personal information may also be used for providing access to presentation slides from the event, to create nametags for the event, and sending a survey to event attendees. The list of the attendees may be disclosed to senior management for program/event evaluation and event content review.

If you choose not to provide the requested information, you will be unable to register for Pacific Regional CMAC meeting event. CMAC may not be able to accommodate participants who have not registered on the day of the meeting.

You have the right to request for access to, and correction of, your personal information.
