Building on the success of our 2024 Primary Care Forum, the CRD’s Community Health Network is pleased to present our 2025 Primary Care Forum II.

At this forum we will hear from province-wide service directories 2-1-1 British Columbia, Healthlink BC (8-1-1) and Pathways BC about how and when to use each tool. We will also have a program fair of different service directories that are local to our communities and/or focus on a specific service area.

The goal of this event is to inform health and social service providers about the service directories available to them and their clients as well as familiarize them with primary care resources that exist in our communities.

Light refreshments will be provided.
