Collier United's 29th Annual Silent Auction is taking place on-line from Monday April 14 to Saturday April 26.
We are offering a meal to celebrate and support the auction - with an in-person or take out option.
1. Gala In-Person Dinner on Thursday April 24 - 5:30 pm:
- Assorted Hors D'Oeuvres
- Braised Beef Tips served over a bed of Mashed Potatoes with a red wine reduction sauce
- OR Pan Seared Cod
- Roasted Vegetables
- Homemade Soup
- Homemade Brioche Bun
- Tarte au Citron & Macaron
Cost: $50 per person plus admin fees for ticketing. Tickets may also be purchased directly from the Church.
2. Take-out Option on Thursday April 24 - 2-4 pm:
Enjoy this gourmet take-out meal including:
- Braised Beef Tips
- Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables
- Seasonal Salad
- Homemade Brioche Bun
- Tarte au Citron
All courses will be served in take-out compostable containers. To maintain the integrity of the entree, you will need to reheat at home for maximum enjoyment.
Take-out meal can be picked up at our drive thru on Thursday April 24 between 2 and 4 pm at Collier Street United Church, 112 Collier St., Barrie.
Cost: $35 per person plus admin fees for ticketing. Tickets may also be purchased directly from the Church.
