2025 The Gathering

The Gathering is a retreat just for Youth Pastors / Directors. Whether you are part time or full time, male or female, whether youth is your whole job description or a part of it, whether you’re a ‘pastor’ ‘director’ or ‘whatever’ else in title - if you’re employed in youth ministry, we’d love to have you join us.

At the Gathering we take time to get in the Word together, discuss our shared calling and passion for youth ministry, and are intentional about resting, eating great, and having lots of fun. Time after time attendees talk about The Gathering as a highlight of their year. There’s nothing quite like getting away with a group of youth pastors / directors!
