Wondering why it's called 4C? Come to hear more!

    Why are we meeting?

Connection is an essential for every human. Sadly, many of us are experiencing more disconnection all the time.

I am committed to expanding powerful ways to grow meaningful connection. Growth begins in small "pockets" when people have the skills and awareness to start a new conversation. When we experience authentic connection, the impact on our our workplaces, families and within our own hearts, is a catalyst for deeper and more meaningful connection for those in our circle of influence.

    July Discussion:

    Guidepost #2: Cultivating Self Compassion

How do you talk to yourself? Does your internal conversation sound like a conversation you would have with a dear friend or does it sound unkind and cruel? Would you want someone to talk to your best friend that way?

Self compassion is a very important practice for all of us. It builds resilience for those times in life when we feel like we're not enough. And feeling like we're not enough always leads to disconnection.... but we're are ALL wired for connection!

So, let's get together to work on building this skillset. We all need to work on this very important skillset to build a reservoir for resilience. We cannot give what we do not have.... doing so leads to broken relationships, anxiety and burnout.

    Compassion is courageous!

Sign up today. Bring a friend so you can be courageous together! This workshop is based on the book THE GIFTS OF IMPERFECTION. Read the chapter about Self Compassion to get the most out of your experience.
