Are you curious out breathwork but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you've experienced breathwork but want to find a way to make it more accessible and more of a habit? This might be just the class series for you.
Join us for a concise evening of experiencing your own breath and learing tools to take home and incorporporate breathing exercises as a daily habit.
Guided by experienced facilitators, learn a variety of breathing techniques in a group environment.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a potent self-healing practice which circulates energy in the body. There are many ways to breathe. Some techniques can be used to down regulate and shift your state in the short term while others can be more activating and can be used to increase energy or target more long term healing.
This class series will be about experiencing, exploring and experimenting to help find out what works for you. It will be a chance to do the work in a focused setting with the support of a group. Over time conscious breathing can become a habit that can really serve you in life. How we breathe is how we live.
We are highly trained and experienced in Conscious Connected Breathwork as well as the Wim Hof Method (Breath and Cold), and also in a variety of controlled breathing exercises. The breathwork can be practiced laying down or seated as it's important to be comfortable. Everyone is welcome. This class series is not about seeking a once off breakthrough experience that will instantly shift your life. It is more about developing a sustainable practice that can be integrated and implemented into your daily life.

ABOUT THE EVENING:
During the evening we will gather and move our bodies a little to help us begin to give our busy minds a break and be in our bodies. From here you will practice and learn about breathing techniques and how to move energy and heal from within using your own breath. You will be guided and supported you the whole way!
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mats and light blankets are provided, but we reccomend bringing an extra cushion to sit on and anything else you may need to feel extra comfortable. Please bring your own water bottle.

We aim to start on time! Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
Cost:
Class series total is $180 ($30 per class)
Drop in is $35 (as long as there is space)

Refund Policy:
If you cannot attend an event we can issue a refund or credit to future event if we have at least 7 days notice. Last minute cancellations cannot be accommodated unfortunately as it is very challenging to keep these programs running successfully this way.

Cian is an experienced bodyworker, breathwork facilitator and former professional boxer who has been holding space and working with humans of all kinds for nearly a decade. He was a wind energy analyst studying the energy in air before exiting that path to study the role of air to help power humans. He runs a studio in Vancouver, BC called The Stretch Space with his wife Carolyn where they specialize in Stretch Therapy, Breathwork and Movement.
