Social workers in Northern NS are invited to join an in-person event for National Social Work Month 2024.

<h3>Seven Points of Unity; Many Possibilities</h3> Please join us for National Social Work Month! The scope of our profession is broad, and our members and their communities across the province are incredibly diverse, but this year's theme identifies common values that bring us together and lay a foundation for safer social work practice.This event, led by our executive director Alec Stratford, is part of a a month-long series of consultations across the province. These important discussions will focus on the college's upcoming strategic plan and our new code of ethics (based on the <a href="https://www.casw-acts.ca/en/casw-code-ethics-2024" title="https://www.casw-acts.ca/en/casw-code-ethics-2024" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">new code created by the Canadian Association of Social Workers</a>).
