Welcome to 9D Somatic Breathwork by Healiness!

Join us for two hour transformative 9D Somatic Breathwork Journeys, each uniquely designed to help you release, experience, and thrive. Our sessions are crafted to support you in letting go of old beliefs, embracing your present, and creating the life you truly desire. Whether you're facing challenges in health, relationships, finances, career, or self-worth, these journeys will guide you toward emotional healing and personal growth.

During these sessions, you'll connect deeply with your body and breath, releasing physical and emotional tension. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through breathwork techniques while you are immersed in 9D layers of sound, blending binaural brain entrainment, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz harmonic tuning, and subliminal hypnotic therapy. We also incorporate bodywork to release trapped trauma, helping you achieve profound relaxation and inner peace.

Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, all levels are welcome. Come prepared to breathe, release, and experience the transformative power of somatic healing.

Our 10-week program starts October 13, 2024, with themes like “Letting Go and Moving On”, “Releasing Guilt and Shame”, “Awakening” and more.

The goal is to add more journeys for the year 2025 and moving forward. Please mark your calendars!

We also offer private sessions/events, educational, couples/group retreats and corporate events focused on increasing focus and productivity after we clear mental and emotional blocks.

What is our booking and cancellation policies?

48-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session; Last-Minute Cancellation/No show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

Is Somatic Breathwork, breathwork in general safe for all?

As a part of our commitment to ensuring a secure environment, we require the completion of this Liability Waiver Form by reading it carefully and completing the booking and its acceptance. A breathing session may not be suitable for some medical conditions which we will cover next.

Who should not be doing 9D Somatic breathwork due to certain medical conditions?

All journeys can be modified. Cardiovascular health challenges including past surgeries, long term medication, abnormally high/low blood/sugar pressure; aneurysms; epilepsy; past seizure/s; heavy medication/s; psychosis; bipolar diagnosis; osteoporosis; recent surgery; glaucoma; pregnancy; asthma.

What should I bring for my journeys?

Blind fold, yoga mat, blanket (optional), bottle of water.

What should I avoid prior to my journeys?

Refrain from any caffeinated products and drinks before the journey and any stimulating foods, heavy foods, drinks and supplements. Avoid eating up to 3 hours before the journey.
