A Stroll Through Kingsville’s Greenhill Cemetery
Saturday, October 26th from 4:00 - 5:00 PM
A respectful guided tour of Greenhill Cemetery. This walk will focus on local history, early settlers and unique stories.
Established in 1879, Greenhill Cemetery is the final resting place for many of Kingsville’s early citizens. From grand monuments to modest markers, every headstone has a tale to tell. A selection of interesting, funny, inspiring, and poignant stories will be shared.
Come for the history and stay for the story of a 1890s clairvoyant who “saw” important papers buried in a coffin. Did they ever find them?
