Over 20 years’ experience in Cross-cultural project management. Fluent in English, Spanish and French. Jorge has worked for both the Energy sector and an array of international NGOs. Proven record of motivating and coaching highly effective teams focused on achieving strategically planned goals through mentoring and training. Jorge has led key diplomatic initiatives for global sustainable projects operating culturally sensitive teams in Canada and more than 20 countries around the world.
