Guided by our two core principles - Creating Active Play Habits and Active Play Enhances Our Day - we will provide tips and strategies to help empower ECEs and explore how to use an Active Play lens throughout their day to build better relationships with their children and colleagues.

This is a free workshop intended for all professionals working with children in Chatham-Kent early years settings who attended "Spotlight on Active Play" at PD Day #6.

The Chatham-Kent Heartwork Committee is made up of representatives of Early Years Professionals across Chatham-Kent. The Chatham-Kent Heartwork Committee Mandate is to support Chatham-Kent professional learning and development opportunities that build the capacity of Early Years Professionals, to ensure the provision of high-quality programs for children 0-12 years. This mandate is supported by offering workshops, events, podcasts, and other resources as free opportunities for all professionals working with children in Chatham-Kent early years settings.
