After a sold-out run at the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts in 2023, actual wizard and Halifax magician Vincenzo Ravina returns to the Conservatory's odd little room with two pianos in it! This show is for you, specifically and in particular.


In this unusual show, there might be: Potions! Ghosts! Playing cards! Murder!


Actual Wizard is funny, mystifying, absurd, and experimental.


Doors open: 7:20 pm

Showtime: 7:30 pm


Parental guidance is suggested. Due to moments that young children may find scary, this show is recommended for ages ten and up.

Vincenzo Ravina is an award-winning magician from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has performed on the CW's hit show, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, as well as CTV News and Global News.

*Actual Wizard*, his 2022 Fringe show, won the Audience Choice "Fringiest Fringe" Award at the Halifax Fringe Festival.

His magic is surreal, mystifying, and absurd. At his show, you may end up wearing Mind-Reading Glasses, bestowing luck to the unlucky, trying to the divine the future, testing out a Coincidence Machine, or cowering in fear at the might of the Ancient and Mystical Balloon of Ultimate Power. No matter what, you'll end up laughing and amazed.
