About this event

ADHD, Estrogen and Perimenopause: Why our brains fly the coop

This session will provide insights into:

  • Allana's personal experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy and its effects on her ADHD
  • How estrogen influences ADHD symptoms
  • Recognizing the often-overlooked signs of perimenopause (Forgot why you entered a room? You aren’t alone!)
  • Practical tools and resources for attendees to help guide their own journeys

Allana is driven by curiosity and a desire to unravel intricate challenges. Her own experiences with hormones, ADHD, and perimenopause motivated her to seek reliable information and support. Having successfully acknowledged and navigated her needs, and benefiting from Hormone Replacement Therapy, Allana is excited to share her findings and insights with others.

We hope to see you there for an engaging discussion that sheds light on these important topics.
