This session will enhance your understanding of how to support individuals dealing with anxiety. We will explore the functions and purposes of anxiety and how it manifests throughout the lifespan.

Participants will learn about the comorbiditities (ADHD, Autism, neurodiversities) associated with anxiety and its impact on indivduals. Additionally, we will discuss the challenges of anxiety and the various treatment options available.
