SPECIAL EDITION- AMS will be followed by a Rhythm Workshop for adult pianists with classical percussionist Zac Pulak. Learn to count through rests, hear a rhythm before starting, teach your body to naturally feel the pulse of a piece.

This workshop is included in the drop-in fee!


Performance and music sharing network for adults over 19. Meet like-minded music lovers, overcome performance anxiety by practicing performing onstage within a supportive and non-threatening environment (whenever you’re ready… performance not mandatory!)

Meet duet or ensemble partners, form a band, play in a string quartet. The possibilities are endless!

This group meets the FOURTH THURSDAY of each month, from September through July.

$10 per visit. Pay at the door (cash, debit, credit)

Is there a cost to attend?

There is a $10 fee at the door which can be paid by cash, credit card or debit.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of free parking onsite.

Are the building and unit accessible?

Yes, the building is fully accessible and our space is on the main floor with accessible seating and washrooms.

Do I have to perform or can I just come to watch?

Performance is NOT mandatory! If you'd like to come and check it out and see what it's all about you're welcome to join as an auditor. Many of our guests come to enjoy the music and to hear others perform, but there is no requirement to play.

At what level are most of the participants?

Our guests range in ability from beginner to advanced, but the one thing everyone has in common is nerves! Because of this, the group is extremely supportive and understanding. We enjoy hearing music of all levels are really excited when we get to see someone take the stage for the first time!
