Join us for this engaging two-part virtual workshop where we'll dive into the mindset needed to create a successful Collective Impact Initiative that's intentionally designed to drive systems change. Transforming systems is key to achieving lasting impact because it goes beyond addressing symptoms to alter the systems that keep complex problems in place. Lessons from practitioners will illustrate how and why it's important to explicitly incorporate both programmatic AND systems-change strategies into your Collective Impact implementation plans.
This learning opportunity is for you if you want to deepen your knowledge about how to develop strategies to address the system barriers that are contributing to -- or perpetuating -- the very issues that our programs and services are intended to solve. As participants, you will gain a solid understanding of Collective Impact in action and be introduced to tools and resources you can use to co-design a successful, systems-focused Collective Impact effort.
Implementing the Collective Impact framework is NOT a recipe. Adapting it to your specific issue and context is a MUST that requires skill and artful leadership. The workshop’s highly interactive curriculum will deepen your understanding of what it means to change systems and how to bring a systems lens into your Collective Impact work. Learners will be encouraged to share their own experiences and will leave with new ideas and resources to strengthen the ability to mobilize change at both a community and systems level.
