Creditor Protection & Case Study 6 - Estate Planning with Trusts
Join exuberant moderator, Simon Maxwell, and your fellow CLU designates as you do a deep dive into Creditor Protection and Estate Planning with Trusts.
You will have an interactive discussion with case studies to identify any current or potential creditor issues and discuss alternative strategies for the preservation of assets. In the second case study you will identify how trusts can be used to achieve non-tax objectives, identify the need for planning for incapacity and illustrate the benefits of the use of trusts in estate planning.
In each session, CLU designation holders, and those working towards the designation will participate in group discussions on case studies with solutions using advanced insurance concepts and strategies.
