Shake off the day with laughter yoga and board games. We’ll start our activity at 6:30 PM. Feel free to come earlier to mingle and munch on dinner!
You’ve probably heard of the phrase, “Laughter is the best medicine.” But did you know there’s research to back it up?

Come give laughter yoga a try! (No experience and no equipment needed.)
We’ll also have board game stations throughout the space so you’ll have plenty of options for how you want to unwind. If you have a favourite game, please bring it and share the fun!
This session will be facilitated by Crystal Lee, a certified laughter yoga lead who has been promoting laughter in the community for 10 years. Crystal is also a holistic career coach, writer, and workshop leader.
