Join us for an afternoon of exploration at George Genereux Urban Regional Park, where we’ll dive into the vibrant ecosystem of one of Saskatoon’s most cherished natural areas. This bio-blitz will take participants through the park’s diverse landscapes, from grasslands to woodlands, searching for wildlife in every nook and cranny. Whether you're a birdwatcher, insect enthusiast, or plant lover, there’s something for everyone. By recording your observations on iNaturalist, you’ll help create a comprehensive ecological inventory that will contribute to the City Nature Challenge 2025. Bring your curiosity and your smartphone—let’s capture the essence of Saskatoon’s natural world together.

Please download the iNaturalist app to your smartphone, sign in with your favourite user ID and password, come out to take pictures and record sounds of biodiversity during this nature walk! As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the City Nature Challenge, we reflect on how far we've come in harnessing the power of citizen science.
