Do You Have Questions or Concerns About Your Child's Development?

The Ages and Stages Questionnaire can help. This screening tool uses your input and observation of your child to assess development for children ages 0-6.

Focusing on 5 areas of development: communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and personal social development. Parents are asked a series of questions to identify their child's skills and areas where they might need more support.
