Join us for the Aging Well in Toronto Program Series at the Toronto Public Library - North York Central Library, Room 1. This in-person event will run from July to December 2024, offering a variety of informative sessions to help you navigate aging and retirement in Toronto.

Session 4: Mental Health and Cognition

Date & Time: Friday October 25th, 2024 |10:30am - 11:30am

In this session, participants will learn about what is normal regarding memory loss as one ages. In this engaging and informative program, session participants will work through a circuit of memory boosting activities that are proven to maintain and improve seniors’ cognition as they age.
