Join us for the Aging Well in Toronto Program Series at the North York Central Library, Room 101. This in-person event will run from January to June 2025, offering a variety of informative sessions to help you navigate aging and retirement in Toronto.

Topic: Physical Health and Exercise

Participants will explore the benefits of eating healthy and staying active as they age. The session will also discuss various ways one can stay both mentally and physically active and the importance of daily active involvement.
