In-Person Location: The Connected Room at RRC Notre Dame Campus. Enter on the main Mall Level (entrance is near the North Gym/G Building) and go up one flight of stairs. Dr. David Gerhard - Speaker and Pannelist

Dr. David Gerhard is Head of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba. With over 20 years experience in the tech sector, Dr. Gerhard is an award-winning researcher and educator, known for his insights into trending technology topics, from Virtual Reality to Artificial Intelligence. His work explores how computers can understand and support creative human endeavours like music and sport. He's been interviewed extensively by both local and national media on the way we use technology and how it affects us.

Adam Gerhard - Speaker and Pannelist

Adam Gerhard serves as the Chief Information Officer at Red River College Polytechnic. As a senior leader with a rich background in strategy, governance, management, and information technology, Adam has guided organizations through complex changes, tackling some of their most pressing challenges. These include operational disruptions during a pandemic, cyber threats, and the business implications of AI. He is known for his dedication and passion in his work and is celebrated for his calm and thoughtful leadership in both his professional and volunteer roles.

Suvojit, also known as Suvo or SD, is the Vice President of Organization Planning & Development at Paradigm. He leads strategic initiatives and focuses on Group, Life & Health Insurance, Wealth Management, and Investments. Suvojit plays a key role in advancing AI adoption and establishing an AI Service Line at Paradigm.

With over 30 years of experience, Suvojit has managed Organizational Change and IT projects across various sectors, including Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Public Sector, and Mass Media. He consults on Business & Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, and Project/Program/Portfolio Management. Additionally, he oversees Paradigm consultants and leads the development of the company’s Best Practice framework.
