Join us in Canmore, for Air Source Heat Pump Training.

This training includes four modules focused on the selection and application of air-source heat pumps in Alberta. Topics covered will include F280 heat loss calculations and heat pump sizing, NRCan's heat pump selection tool, control strategies for heat pump systems, and assessing electrical service capacities. Dave Turnbull, of Enerspec Energy Consulting, will lead this workshop. Dave brings a wealth of knowledge with experience both as a builder and Energy Advisor.

This workshop is intended for HVAC professionals, builders, renovators, building officials, electricians and designers. While this session will focus on residential applications, it will also be applicable to other building applications.


  • The event will take place in room 115 of the Canmore Recreation Center.
