Partnering with our sister restaurant Amici Italian, we are offering a 4-course dinner paired with a curated selection of our award winning craft beer. Each course you will be walked through the tasting and pairing notes by our culinary director Tanner Aronson before being left to enjoy. Course 1 - Welcome
- Dish : Creamy Burrata nestled on a bed of greens and adorned with vibrant pumpkin seed pesto.
- Beer Pairing: Italian Pilsner
Course 2: Starter
- Delicate Carpaccio crowned with peppery arugula and fennel salad, accompanied by rustic focaccia and zesty Italian aioli
- Beer Pairing: Dry Hopped Brett Ale
Course 3 : Main
- Dish : Braised short rib pappardelle, with ethereal lemon ricotta drops
- Beer Pairing : Toasted Coconut Black Lager
Course 4: Dessert
- Dish: Imperial Stout Black Forst Petit Gateau
- Beer Pairing: Fresh Batch Peach grape Raspberry Cherry Sour
