Known as the birthplace of modern Irish cuisine, Ballymaloe House has long been renowned for its innovative approach to seasonality and local ingredients.

Since the age of fifteen, JR Ryall has honed his craft at Ballymaloe, where he now oversees the iconic dessert menu. His creations—seasonally inspired and artfully presented—have earned international acclaim.
