Join us as we review our successes and challenges over the past year, and learn about our plans for the future. We'll also be voting in the 2025 Board of Directors. The meeting is open to the public - only those who held a 2024 MTBCO and/or West Kelowna Trail Crew membership will be eligible to vote.

Catch up with friends, win some prizes and connect with us about your ideas. We'll have time for discussion and engagement after the formal presentation.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, presentation starts at 7:00 pm. Registration required for effective planning.
