About this event

Overview:

Panelists from Nova Scotia and British Columbia will share initiatives and practices that help foster equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA) at their universities. Topics include results of the ANSUT equity survey, Indigenous identity, effective equity initiatives, intersectional injustices of race and language, and a key-note address on the challenges and successes of equity issues across the country.

The conference will be held in-person at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, and online, and is open to Faculty Association members from across Canada.

In-person delegates: Cost covers breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Online delegates: Zoom link will be provided to online delegates by email the week of the conference.
