The Art of Flavour

Join us on January 24 for a winter feast from Chef Albert Ponzo of the Royal Hotel. Beverage pairings for this event will be presented by Francis Bertrand of Closson Chase.

Art of Flavour is an eight-night fine dining series that blends culinary excellence with education. Each evening features a menu created by renowned guest chefs and executed by the chef and culinary students, paired with selections from local wineries. A winemaker will guide guests through the wine pairings, providing insights on the wines served. Proceeds from the event will support the Extraordinary Learning Fund, which provides Loyalist students with opportunities to take learning outside the classroom.

Frequently asked questions

I would rather not book online. Can I phone with my ticket order?

Yes! Please call Loyalist College Advancement at 613-969-1913 x 2202 between 8:30 – 4:30 Monday to Friday.

I have a food allergy. Can it be accommodated?

Yes – if given sufficient notice we can accommodate most food allergies. Please email SRoyce@loyalistcollege.com with your request at least five days before the event you have booked.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event. Please contact giving@loyalistcollege.com to process the request.

I won’t be able to make it to the event I booked. Can I transfer my spots?

Yes! As long as there is no change in the number of people, transfers are acceptable.

Where can I park? Is there a fee? Is the venue accessible?

Parking at the College is free after 5 pm. Best to park in P9 and enter through the Parrott Centre doors. Disabled parking is at the front door and the entrance to the College and the restaurant are fully accessible. Watch for the email just before your event to get directions to NOURiSH.

Are substitutions allowed for foods I do not like?

Unfortunately there are no substitutions. The dinner is part of the students’ curriculum and the menu has been crafted to both delight our diners and educate our students. Rest assured you will enjoy an extraordinary meal with superior ingredients.

Can you seat groups together even if they buy their tickets separately?

Yes! When booking your ticket, you will see a question prompt asking you whether you wish to be seated with another attendee. Please use the name of the person who is the ticket purchaser for the other members of your group so that we can match you up.
