About the Presenters:

Perry Eldrige – Insulators Local 131

Perry Eldridge has over 40 years’ experience in Energy Management, implementing and monitoring state of the art computerized building control systems. Eldridge was responsible for heating plant operation, and steam production, including steam distribution.

Joshua Sherrard – Insulators Local 131

Joshua Sherrard is the director of Energy Efficiency and Quality Assurance with the International association of Heat and Frost Insulators. He has been in the Mechanical insulation business for 18 years. As a Certified Energy Appraiser Sherrard is an expert in assessing insulation standards at facilities, identifying areas for improvement, calculating potential cost savings, determining carbon reduction opportunities, and submitting available incentives for projects undertaken.
