What is AUM Practice?

AUM (Awareness Understanding Meditation) Practice is a powerful, guided process that combines movement, expression, and meditation to help release trapped emotions, relieve stress, and foster deeper self-understanding. Anna Ashcheulova is an experienced guide in emotional release and self-discovery practices. Certified in Osho Dynamic Meditations, Anna brings a compassionate, supportive approach to helping individuals explore their emotions and reconnect with their authentic selves. She creates a safe, nurturing environment, allowing all participants to feel comfortable as they journey toward emotional healing and personal growth.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring to the AUM?

It is important to wear loose-fitting clothes which allow you to move your body. It can be hot in the room and you may sweat, so please bring an extra T-shirt with you. A dry, clean T-shirt feels good for you and for others when you hug.

Can I smoke weed or drink alcohol before practice?

No. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot join the AUM. Also people in treatment with a psychiatrist who are currently taking medication should not participate.
