About this event

Day 1 (Oct 22): AGM to commence at 1300 hours in the Community Boardroom of the Medicine Hat Police Station, 884 2nd St SE, Medicine Hat, T1A 8H2, with a networking event in the evening.

Day 2 (Oct 23): Presentations will take place from 0830 - 1800 hours at 'Medalta in the Historic Clay District,' 713 Medalta Ave SE, Medicine Hat, AB, T1A 3K9. Organized yoga and wellness sessions included. At 1900 hours, the Awards Banquet will begin. All meals included on Day 2.

***Family/Friends/Co-workers of Award Recipients, that wish to attend the Awards Banquet (Meal put on by Moxies) can purchase tickets for $45, for the Awards Banquet only.

Frequently asked questions

How long will the Early Bird Prices be available?

Early bird prices for registration ($250/person) is available until August 15, 2024. Registration after August 15, 2024, will be $300/person. Non-members will be required to purchase an AWIPS membership, valued at $25 for a one-year period.

Where should I park for FREE during the two conference days?

Day 1: Parking for the Medicine Hat Police Station is available on the street, according to signage, or either public parking lot on the southside of 2 Street SE. These are found on both sides of the fenced compound opposite the front entrance of MHPS. Day 2: Parking at Medalta is easily accessible

My friend/family/co-worker is getting an award, can I buy a ticket just for the Awards Banquet?

Absolutely. Simply select the Awards Banquet Ticket ONLY, priced at $45.00 and you are good to go!
