About the facilitator: Birthwork found Angora after more than a decade of yoga practice, during which she believed her path was set toward teaching vigorous and athletic styles of yoga. She found deep healing in teaching and learning prenatal + postnatal yoga, because it honors the body's natural cycles, encourages the surrender of ego, and embraces the unknown with grace.
She is an accredited RPYT prenatal yoga teacher at the highest level with Yoga Alliance and is trained as a birth doula. Her classes are trauma-informed and a blend of somatics with authentic yoga.
Now, she passionately advocates for functional and somatic movement, guiding those bringing lives into the world to navigate their unique journeys with ease. Check out franklyyoga.com for more.
