Your Chef: Bruno Feldeisen
Chef Bruno will be cooking new recipes from his latest cookbook "The Bacon, Butter, Bourbon & Chocolate Cookbook" releasing in November 2024! Not only you get to see Chef creating the dishes, but get to savor all of them and go home with your own signed copy of the book!
On the menu tonight:
Bacon, Goat Cheese & Chives Custard. A fresh, light and delicious appetizer, discover how amazing custard can be as a savory option!
Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly with Bourbon Glazed Yam. Perfect combination of sweet, savory and crunchy, this would be a perfect centerpiece dish for your holiday parties!
Chocolate Tangerine Sables. A French sandy biscuit with holiday flavors. A sweet little something to offer everywhere you go during the festive season!
$139+ gst per person, includes class entry and one signed cookbook (please purchase one ticket per attendees).
Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
