Barter Based Session: Tuesday Yoga

Join us at the Clarence Hall at 3337 Clarence Road.

This class is for everyone to come out and enjoy. There will be instruction for every level of yoga.

We will be meeting every Tuesday at 9:00 AM at the Clarence Hall. Bring a mat or there are chairs available if you prefer to use them.

There is a free will offering for the cost of oil to heat the place while we are there. Also, if you are able a few items for the food pantry that Annapolis Valley Folk School runs in Lawrencetown would be greatly appreciated as well. If you have any questions call Maureen at 902 309 0224.
