Bayview John Community Engagement Visioning - Working Session 1 (of 3)

The City of Markham invites you to participate in an upcoming series of working sessions to vision the future of Bayview Avenue and John Street Area, Thornhill (Ward 1).

As directed by the City of Markham’s Development Services Committee, there will be three working sessions held, each dedicated to a different topic. You are welcome to join us for one, two or all three of the sessions.

Urban Design, Built Form, and Land uses (Monday, January 13, 2025)

Transportation and Mobility (Wednesday, January 22, 2025)

Community Uses (Thursday, February 13, 2025)

All Working Sessions will be held in the Thornhill Community Centre from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. in rooms B1/B8 on the lower level.

Registration through Eventbrite is highly encouraged but not required.

The Working Sessions will be highly interactive, starting with a quick overview briefing from City staff followed by facilitated discussion for the majority of the evening.
