This year’s conference is designed to offer valuable insights and strategies tailored to BC winery owners, team leaders, and marketing professionals. Highlights will include the BC Wine Industry Recognition Awards luncheon, celebrating industry excellence.

What time should I arrive at the venue and where is there parking available?

Please arrive in time to check-in at registration for 9:30am. The Penticton Trade & Convention Centre offers free parking at their location (273 Power Street, Penticton, BC).

What is included in the cost of registration?

The cost of your registration invludes all-day access to the conference programming, the Industry Recognition Awards Ceremony, coffee/tea breaks, a buffet lunch with an Italian menu and a networking hour.

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?

Yes. Program and session details are posted online as soon as they are finalized: https://winebc.com/industry/bc-wine-industry-insight-conference/. Many sessions are held concurrently, as such we suggest purchasing tickets for additional members of your team and making a plan for the day.

Is there accommodation near the conference?

Yes. The new 121 room Four Points by Sheraton hotel is adjacent to the convention centre.

Will sessions be recorded?

Currently it is not planned to record the speaker sessions for review after the conference. Presenter presentations and resources will be made available to attendees in the days following the event.

Will I get a chance to network at the event?

Yes, there is an hour-long networking and coffee morning to start the programming of the conference. Attendees will be building their own agenda of sessions and can, according to their preference, maximize opportunities for networking throughout the conference in between or during sessions.
