Ronald De Couteau is a BCIN Designer, accredited LEED professional, and co-founder of Property Pathways Inc., where he specializes in land-use evaluation, architectural design, building permitting, and development planning for low-rise and multiplex conversions. With an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Design from Humber College and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from George Brown College, Ronald brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
As Director of the Construction Division, he has led over two dozen multi-family conversion projects across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and beyond. By leveraging innovative tools like Building Information Modelling (BIM), LIDAR Scanning, and Virtual Reality (VR), Ronald enhances project precision and client experience.
