This event will be a volunteer fair for organizations to connect with students from Belmont Secondary School in Langford BC (School District 62) about local volunteer opportunities. This event will be of no cost to participating organizations.

At this event, your organization will have the chance to meet and connect with students who are looking to engage as volunteers in the community and network with school teachers who support students in securing volunteer hours for graduation, general interest, and other career or post-secondary pursuits.

We sincerely appreciate your organization's participation in providing services and support to our school community and we hope you will join us in introducing the Sooke School District students to you and your amazing volunteer opportunities at the Volunteer Fair at Belmont Secondary on Thursday, May 29th.


FAIR TIME: The actual Fair will run from 10:30am to 12:30am. Set up will be from 10:00am to 10:30 am, and take down will be from 12:30am to 1:00pm.

FAIR LOCATION: The Fair will be held in the Learning Commons at Belmont Secondary School -- 3041 Langford Lake Rd

Please just check in at the Main Office for directions to the Fair the morning of.


PARKING: You can enter the parking lot from Langford Lake Road or Glen Lake Road. General or Visitor Parking spots are available to participants. There is no cost for parking.

BOOTH MATERIALS: Each participating organization will be provided with one table and two chairs in our school’s Library Learning Commons. If you would like a tablecloth, please do provide your own. Please advise George Colussi at george@volunteervictoria.bc.ca if you need access to power at your table. Light refreshments will be provided.


Space is limited to 15 organizations so please do register early if you are interested in attending.
